Noemi Coltea, Ph.D - Strategy & Operations
With a leading 20 years experience in public, private and non profit sectors, Noemi oversees the organization’s operations and strategy. She combines her strong analytic background in organizational theory, organizational behavior and economics, with a polished, refined and innovative approach to managing large projects varying in size and complexity.
Her collaborative and inspirational knowledge base was developed while managing multiple multinational luxury brands and her contribution in service to organizations she stewards: Palm Beach Atlantic University, Leadership Florida, Sunfest, Impact 100 The Palm Beaches, Junior League of the Palm Beaches, Leadership Palm Beach County, Impact the Palm Beaches and Florida Atlantic University. This well rounded perspective have elevated efforts across the State of Florida and encouraged her to seek roles on projects that align with our brand’s personal attitude and professional values.
She currently resides in North Palm Beach, Orlando and Victor, ID with her husband, Derek.
